Sliced smoked salmon
Whole wheat large tortillas
Cream cheese
Spring onions, chopped (or you can use finely sliced red onion)
Spread the tortilla with cream cheese, then add the salmon slices.
Sprinkle with spring onions.
Roll.
Cut into bite sized pieces.

Made these for lunch today! Great idea. Easy and yummy!
