I make brownies almost daily lately. There’s a standard recipe in one of my cookbooks that I just keep adjusting. To this one, I added the rind of an orange, and semi-sweet chocolate chips. I also used organic semi-sweet chocolate powder, rather than melted chocolate.
Lovely with a cup of nice tea!
