Leftover bbq-ed lamb?

Make a salad out of it! That’s what we did after a family visit. They packed up the leftover lamb for us, and today, I made this with it:

I used arugula (rocket) but parsley would work here too. And I snipped in some fresh rosemary. Because anyone who likes lamb knows that rosemary goes very well with lamb.
